Based in the Southern Highlands, NSW, Sophie is available for consultations in person in Bowral (Tuesday & Thursday) + Online (Tuesday & Thursday) Australia-wide (Please note: Sophie is not currently available to International clients)

  • Our standard first consultation with time for thorough exploration of your history, timeline and the story of your current concerns.

  • Return consultation with time to explore pathology, talk through food as medicine, uncover deeper layers or regroup and refresh after a break.

    Time is allowed for this to become a 60 minute long return consultation as required.

  • New clients: time to discuss a single concern and simple steps to move forward

    Existing clients: a brief follow up to refine your plan or an accountability check in when life gets in the way

  • A 45 minute Naturopathic consultation that includes a full health check of key hormonal, nutritional and metabolic factors that can impact wellbeing through perimenopause. Includes referral for further testing as required.

    Available to new and existing clients.
